Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any products purchased from The Alchemy Lab Co., including but not limited to customized, made-to-order, or non-personalized items.

All products are handmade and hand-poured in small batches, and certain items may be customized prior to checkout. Because of this process, products may contain slight variations, natural imperfections, or minor indentations, which are a normal and expected part of small-batch, handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.

Many of our products are custom-created at checkout, allowing customers to select specific options such as size, scent, frequency, or other variations. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review and confirm all selections before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, including but not limited to scent, strength, appearance, energetic experience, or perceived effectiveness.

Additionally, customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details, including product selection, quantity, and shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Because our products may contain herbs, botanicals, essential oils, or other natural ingredients, The Alchemy Lab Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual responses. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information carefully prior to purchase. Use of our products is at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

Exception – Incorrect Items:
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must contact us at info@thealchemylabco.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
